A proud number of 16 employees can look back on 30, 40 and 45 years of service and were honored for it. In a ceremonial address, the managing director michael waasner thanked the jubilarians for their many years of dedication and commitment to the company.
During their time with the company, the employees had actively contributed to the successful development of waasner. In addition, the role model function that long-serving employees had, especially for trainees and newcomers to the company, was of great importance today and in the future.
Congratulations were also conveyed by marlene roppelt, chairwoman of the works council.
After the respective superiors reported on the jubilarians from their departments, the 40-year jubilarians idris coskun, norbert kupfer and gerhard losel were presented with both internal certificates and certificates from the chamber of industry and commerce (IHK) for upper franconia bayreuth and the state ministry of munich.
In the course of these celebrations, the employees who began their retirement this year were also bid farewell. This was also the case for adam striegel, who worked for the waasner company as a sales manager for 28 years and was valued as a loyal, hard-working and persevering employee. For his many years of loyal service to the company, he was presented with a christmas calendar ("help and win") from the rotary club of forchheim.
